A Forbes-featured serial entrepreneur with roots in an immigrant family's small businesses, Susun spent her corporate career at Fortune 100 tech companies and on Wall Street before building D2C brands and a real estate investment portfolio. She speaks nationally on entrepreneurship, advocates for small business owners, women entrepreneurs, and AAPI and immigrant business communities, and leads Refraime's growth, partnerships, and client strategy.
She started Refraime with a simple conviction: the AI advantage Fortune 100 companies are buying shouldn't be out of reach for the businesses that actually run our neighborhoods.

Co-Founder & CTO
Rob spent 25 years as a principal engineer for Fortune 100 companies and holds a Master's in Network Engineering and Information Systems from Stevens Institute of Technology.
